We hope this message finds you all well!!

Last night, our management team had a meeting to discuss our future tour options. We took into consideration the current climate and discussed the following:
· Suppliers will retain some deposits
· Price difference on airfares, hotel rates are applicable by the suppliers
· The current value of the AUD against the Japanese Yen has decreased dramatically which means a considerable increase on the tour price
· There is no guarantee that long term suppliers will remain solvent
· The duration of coronavirus is unknown

In taking everything into consideration and the fact that our families are losing their jobs, we have decided to cancel Tour Japan 2020. This tour will go down in history with the Tokyo Olympics!

Gullivers have been able to recoup some of our deposits and are going to transfer it back to us. As soon as we receive this amount, we will calculate how much is owed back to each family and do a bank transfer. This will include a percentage of our $2250 that was with Gullivers, the rest of your payment and the chocolate money that you personally fundraised (if any).

We hope that this will help you in our current climate as we understand it’s a financially trying time with job losses etc.
